Heritage Tram at Manchester Victoria

Allegedly, of the original fleet of 26 T68s, every single one came from the factory wired up differently....

The wiring was all black too, despite being colour coded on the wiring diagrams.
The T68as and Midland Metro T69s were far worse though as they had Ansaldo electrical gear. The T68s were GEC Alsthom, which helped somewhat.

The heritage tram at Victoria will be Manchester 173, ordinarily resident at Heaton Park. But I don’t know how/if it will give rides.

173 was parked outside the station on the back of a low loader. Two heritage buses were also present. Inside the station were some sales and displays stands on the concourse and bridge leading to the Arena
