Has anyone ever tried creating a HDR (high definition range) image before? From what I can tell you basically take two or more photos taken at different exposures and combine them into one image.
I tried it last night at York. The attached photo is a HDR image containing several exposures of this photo. It's quite an interesting result, particularly the loco underframe and station roof, but I think I need to experiment a bit more.
