Reported by Chiltern last week that the subway is now closed, presumably permanently, as discussed earlier in this thread:

I used the temporary bridge on Friday, it crosses over from the corner of the multi storey next to the east end of the bay. Work had already started to dismantle the roof of the subway.

As an aside I note there are to be no prosecutions over the tunnel collapse ten years ago at Gerrards Cross.
