1638 Piccadilly to Liverpool was about 10 late, announced due to "a person being hit by a train".

I was on the 1643 to Norwich, which was also about 10 late in from Liverpool but didn't appear to be doing anything unusual between Hazel Grove and Chinley. So I imagine the incident was resolved reaonably quickly.
