House with 5 inch gauge railway

Hi all. Me and my sister are trying to get info on selling our late parents house with a 5 inch garden railway. Would be nice to sell it to someone who would use it rather than it be ripped up. Any ideas?

There's frequently ads in railway magazines for houses for sale with railways of various gauges, or occasionally railway for sale with house attached! There is the Garden Rail magazine which might be where most appear, though I have seen them in others too.

"The Railway Modeller", "Hornby Magazine" "Model Rail" and others may be worth trying. Model engineering societies and journals aimed at them would also be a good choice, I think.
