For some reason National Express are deducting £15 a month from my bank account. I do not know why.
However, their Contact Us site on line is circular, referring back to itself and offering no email address or phone number.
How do I get hold of them to sort this out?

You need to contact your bank's fraud department immediately and dispute the transactions. It's likely it's someone else who is doing this, not you. They will deal with NatEx.

Also look out for other fraudulent transactions.

Edit: the other possibility is that you signed up for this, as it is £15/month:

If it is that, then there's lots of info here including how to contact them:

You can contact NX Rewards the following ways:

  • Email - [email protected]
  • Phone - 0800 917 7684 (Monday to Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm). Calls to 0800 numbers are free from UK landlines and mobiles. For all other network service numbers a charge may apply. Calls will be handled by our customer service representatives (operating from outside the UK). Postal queries are collected in the UK and then forwarded to and handled by our customer service representatives (operating from outside the UK).
  • Post - NX Rewards, Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5RF. Your correspondence will be redirected to one of our customer service representatives (operating from outside the UK).
Please note that due to the current high volume of enquiries it may take up to 7 working days to respond to your email.

Thanks.
My bank won't do that because I used National Express 2 months ago and until I can confirm with National Express that it is not related to that they are not willing to do so.
That is why I need to contact National Express directly.
Mark.

How far back do you see the deductions? Is there a consistent reference ID on each deduction? Have you checked your bank account's active standing orders and direct debits?
Ah - Bletchleyite has beaten me to it :D
Thanks.
They go back two months. I have bn chasing this for nearly a month.
My bank won't freeze the payment because I used National Express 2 months ago and until I can confirm with National Express that it is not related to that trip they are not willing to do so.

I have followed the NX Rewards route you suggested. We shall see. Thanks. Mark.

If you can't contact Nat Ex, try contacting your bank to stop the payment if you do not know what it is.

These reward membership schemes, whilst not a scam, are a good example of sharp business practice. Asda is another retailer who try to get their online customers to sign up - Complete Savings - using dubious methods designed to make you believe you are getting something for nothing.

Payment for these schemes is always by Debit or Credit Card Continuous Payment Authority (CPA), not Direct Debit, and the transaction will be quite separate from any coach travel bookings.

Your bank is obliged to cancel the CPA immediately on your instructions. For some banks this cancellation is indefinate, for others it lasts 13 months. If the bank allow any further transactions from the next working day after you have requested cancellation then they are deemed to be unauthorised and must be refunded to you.

You'll still need to contact National Express to request cancellation though, because all of the above does not affect any contractual obligations you have with the retailer.

On the Contact Us page you need to click the 'I did not find what I was looking for' option to reveal email or phone details.
But don't bother anyway because if you have signed up to NX Rewards (and you will have done, it is impossible to join without giving bank details separately from your coach booking AFTER booking the ticket) it's run by a completely separate company and you will simply be told to contact NX Rewards directly.
Email [email protected] or call 0800 9177684 or write to NX Rewards, Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth PO3 5RF.
