how do i upload to photo of the week

iam trying to upload but the only album i can upload to is "graffitti",how do i put it in photo of the week and what day does week start/finish ?

The reason you can only upload to is Graffitti is because that is the current competition, each week has it own catagory and it starts/finish's on a sunday, deadline for entries is this sunday at 7pm.

In addition, the competitions start/end usually at 7pm on a Sunday (give or take the odd hour or so normally)
