how employable will i be?

hi all.

so im currently on a training scheme so i can start working on tracks. ill be getting an NVQ level 2 in rail engineering, PTS, TIC, ICI and tickets for Railsaw, Impact wrench, Cobra TT and rail drill

my concern is that because i wont have experience on a live rail i may be over looked. so.........would i still look fairly employable??

You will be employable, the problem is all your competencies will be invalid without a Sentinel Sponsor ( employer).
