Submitted a Book With Confidence claim with TPE in mid-August, got my e-voucher 11 days after submitting my claim.
Not sure if it’s changed since, but hopefully that might help?

Still no reply or refund from TPE 13 days since submitting the refund request. I guess I'll just have to wait. I received automated email with reference number straight away after submitting thankfully.
