Thank you all I passed the tests and the mmi, it was just the DMI I was unsuccessful
Well done in passing everything. Bear in mind the DMI is a basic interview for a job. You haven’t failed it, you were just pipped to the post by other candidates of an equal suitability, or who the managers scored more highly.

Thank you. Beyond devastated, but I’m not going to give up. I’ve wanted this career for such a long time. I’ll work on brushing up my interview techniques for next time

I do apologise I didnt read that properly. The above posters are correct.
No worries :)

Hi. Does being unsuccessful after the DMI but passing everything else count as a life lost with tfw?
Did you actually do all the assessments and the MMI (as in, did you visit an assessment centre)?. Certainly up until recently at least TfW did things backwards to everyone else - with the DMI held relatively early in the recruitment process and only those who passed getting sent forward for assessments. That may well have changed though given Covid and the fact they're now using a recruitment firm for post of the process....

Did you take your hogan test before the DMI. I think this has huge bearing.

Yes done everything. Was only unsuccessful on the dmi
My understanding is you have passed the psychometric tests with TFW/OPC
The DMI is the managers interview
So you should be able to reapply for TFW in 6 months and the test should be valid

what comes up in the paper tests please?

Mights have mine next week for the north
