Something like that - or, you could just go up there today, tomorrow, or next weekend, as the north curve is being used in passenger service throughout the day.

It be tempting, especially with that SWT offer of £15 trips, although it will mean a trip on a magic bus from Wembley Park to Northwood.

Would allow me to try and clear the remaining odds and sods as well to clear it off :)

Sadly due to Woking issues, Rickmansworth curve will have to wait for another day.

Hopefully there will be some more enginning works in the next few months to make the metropolitan trains use it during the day.

I moved to London in 1988 from the East Midlands. I would say, I have covered the whole of the line except Watford, Croxley and Chesham on the Metropolitan Line. I have not done Heathrow Terminal 5 yet either. I managed to use the Jubilee Line as far as Charing Cross when Open. The Holborn to Aldwych Branch on the Piccadilly line. I never got to do the Epping to Ongar line on the Central Line. I have done the whole DLR and London Overground Line Network. I am aiming to do the Tube Challenge one day.

Everything currently on the map in one direction, plus the North Curve (only managed in one direction), the Kennington Loop, Battersea Park on LO, the Northern City Line (as currently) and the Point Pleasant/East Putney Curve (not LU, but worth doing all the same).

Now visiting the stations, very gradually, and hitting the remaining track.

So, today I went to Kennington: thought I'd have a go at the loop. Found the right platform and let two trains go, both with Edgware via Charing Cross on the back. Third came in and went for it. Sat in the second carriage, but then the driver came to the window and said train terminates here. I asked if he was going round the loop and he said he was but couldn't take passengers.

He was very polite and I'm not one for starting an argument so said thank you and got off. I trooped back to another platform, wondering can you actually do it, and how?

I looked online but could only find contradictory answers.

Not complaining but disappointed, so is there a tactic?
