I'm currently sat at Ashford International awaiting the 09:55 to Paris which is delayed due to a fatality on HS1. Two northbound 373s are sat at at platforms 3&4 which were not due to call at Ashford. Had the 374s been in service now, would they have been held on HS1 due to their lack of legacy NR signalling equipment or is there some other way they could have worked into Ashford? I'm basing this question on the need for Ashford to have it's signalling overlaid for the 374s to cal here. TIA Simon Note to Mods - unsure if this should go in Infrastructure or Rolling Stock?
