Is it just me who thinks that sick, sick people like this should never be released from prison? I'm having trouble remembering the details of this case, but this guy murdered two innocent and practically defenceless young girls for no reason (iirc). IMO, 40 years does not even come near to how long people like him should be locked up for.

(Also, I hear somebody was locked up for not paying their tax, while somebody else who caused a fatal car crash walked away from court on the same day. Our legal system is crazy..)
