I need Help (with my aviator)

Can someone tell me how to make this picture small enough to be used as an avaitor.

I need to be able to vary the size a fair bit (150x110 or 19.5 kb, 80x80 or 6kb, 100x100 or 10kb)

I'd LOVE to have this as my aviator, following sprogs footsteps, but i'm still keeping it clean (just)

Only ammost, huh . I don't know the program i used, it just opened up. 60006 resized it small enough so i could use it on one forum then i found the program. It's the one with the toolbar at the bottom, might have been paint.

Yes, but if we dared to do anything about people posting stuff it we'd be shot down in flames by people claiming their "freedom of speech".
