I passed Northern Rail Train Conductor Interview:But my application was discontinued

They told me I failed Conductor Assessment 2 or more times. I was a Train Conductor with a another TOC for 3 years.

I am gutted

If you were fully qualified, I'd be straight onto HR's case there

If this fails, just approach another TOC, as I think only Northern uphold this silly rule for qualified staff.... I use that phrase as passing this assessment, a psychological and ability evaluation, should be the last time someone ever sees the test, no matter what clandestine understanding of it Northern Rail HR have.
