there are still a number of train operating companies who have not updated their information about groupsave

they are

abellio greater anglia
chiltern (mentions that there are changes but doesn't explain)
first capital connect
first great western
gatwick express (looks like the old deal remains)
south west trains
southeastern
stansted express (looks like the old deal remains)

gold medal
southern - very good information available well in advance

wooden spoon
red spotted hanky - says you can't buy groupsave when actually you now can!

Seen posters at an EMT station advertising the change, so despite what some people have said EMT group save is included.

It isn't just what 'some people have said' though, is it?

The official 'retail brief' was included in the earlier groupsave thread and it clearly states that Scotrail and EMT's schemes are not the same as everyone else's...

Further Notes
East Midlands Trains and ScotRail offer GroupSave ticket types – GR3, GR4 and GR5 – for specific journeys on their routes. To issue GroupSave tickets for travel on East Midlands Trains or ScotRail services, select the relevant ticket type and not the GroupSave discount code.

I can't post what I'd like to here without breaking at least 1 forum rule, but being honest probably 2 or 3.

Just checked toc websites again. the following are still not accurate-

chiltern railways
http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/tickets-and-times/grouptrav

first capital connect (has been updated but its still wrong)
http://www.firstcapitalconnect.co.uk/tickets-and-fares/off-peak-tickets/groupsave/

south west trains
http://www.southwesttrains.co.uk/group-save-competition.aspx

i think stansted express and gatwick express are retaining the four for two price - and for them its maybe linked to the price of taxi versus train
http://www.gatwickexpress.com/en/offers/4-for-2-tickets/
https://www.stanstedexpress.com/offers/group3-4

Update at 0010 22 May 2014

the following train operating companies have still not updated (or correctly updated) their websites with the revised groupsave terms and conditions

Chiltern Railways
http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/tickets-and-times/grouptrav

First Capital Connect
http://www.firstcapitalconnect.co.uk/tickets-and-fares/off-peak-tickets/groupsave/

One of the above is a surprise!
