Introduction of N700S on Tokaido Shinkansen in Japan

I see that the new model N700S has been launched on July 1st. The new train features are detailed in an article in Railway Gazette or can be found on the wikipedia page for the N700.

I believe there are 4 initial sets in service excluding the prototype, with plans for up to 40 over the next 2 or 3 years.

Does anybody know which diagrams the initial 4 are covering ?

I also see that the first N700A set has been withdrawn too. Does that mean that the rough plan is to swap out one "A" each time an "S" arrives ?
