Hi All, was just wondering what rolling stock I will see at Ipswich on Thursday the 29th. I'm hoping to see 153s & 156s as well as 170 2 & 3 cars. Ill be there from 11:07 to 13:09 (Coming in on the fast intercitys).

Should see a few 360s & plenty of 66s along with both FL & GA 90s & possibly a couple of 86s. Several liners avoid Ipswich however going direct to/from Felixstowe via the Bacon Factory Curve.

Cheers, I'm guessing test runs for the new fleet aren't happening anytime soon then.

They are but only between Norwich & Diss. Only chance you have is of a new unit being delivered from Dollands Moor but that has been happening early morning.

I expect its actually a test trip for the new trains but timed as a Class 90 set. Timing Load doesn't mean much for these though.
