Is it offpeak between 4.30am and 6.30am?

If I use oyster before 6.30am do I get charged the offpeak fare and does this count towards the offpeak cap?

Can I use an outboundary offpeak travelcard in London before 6.30am (no NR trip into London to take account of)

On Oyster you will be charged the off-peak fare and it will count towards the peak cap.

A paper off-peak day travelcard is valid in the zones from 0930 on the date printed on the card until 0429 the next day.
