Is it possible to find out diversion route of a train in advance?

We're travelling on the 10.00 Penzance - Paddington on 26th July. The Newbury line is closed for electrification. The train runs non stop Taunton - Reading. Is it possible to find out if it will run via Bristol or Melksham?
