Is there a planner that I can route myself with a bike on trains where I can bring my bike on it?

I'm looking for possible travel options to a place which is far away from a railway station next week, that I will want to bring a bike on the train to Wimbledon and ride it to my destination. However, the obvious routes (Overground then District / SWR, or Thameslink) don't allow bikes on board at the time I need to travel. I am not sure which lines I can bring my bike on board during 17:00 - 19:00 weekdays in Greater London.

Is there a planner which I can specify a time and it can help me to route my journey on trains which allow carrying my bike, and suggests bike routes to my destination?
