Is there a way to determine when/ what trains leave depots?

As above guys I’m curious if there is a way to determine when trains leave depots, not any Depot in particular I’m just curious. For example a class 700, let’s say 700123 will have a TOC set for its route.

Not sure why this got moved here????!!?

I posted this in the London Underground section to specifically ask for LU stock movements,

being here will not answer my question, it looks as if I am asking for national rail, which I know already.

Real Time Trains is the best place to start.
Sorry but I did post this for London Underground stock, in the underground section

Frustratingly a mod has moved this to here, so I will get answers to what I already know,
