Is this Bagnall?

I am try to identify this locomotive what I saw was a Bagnall 'Judy' in bright green livery, I am not sure if this was the same train in old colour?

The loco pictured is Peckett 1900 affectionately known as the "Flying Bufferbeam". It was built for the Courtaulds plant at Flint in North Wales. Further info can be found on the Quainton Road website. Hope this helps

How much can this loco pull? How many mk1 coaches for example?

not sure because like Port of Par (Judy & Alfred based at Bodmin) such locos were used in yards with tight overhead clearences, I remember Par when these two were working and Alfred shifted quite a hefty rake of covered wagons on a grade
