Lack of staff on LU

Staff levels have returned to normal on LU, yet we keep seeing "non-availability of staff" disruptions on the lines.

This shows to us that LU have seen lots of leaving the company following July, maybe it would be worth externally recruiting new drivers, etc?

I don't think there's any shortage of drivers. Remember, Rickmansworth has a 12 year waiting list! If anything they need more Station staff, as stations cannot remain open without at least one staff member present.

Well, no stations are closed, so surely it must be an operational issue with signallers or drivers?
