Last long GWR HST to depart...

I thought I'd make a thread that could bring together people's photos/videos of the last full length GWR HSTs to leave/arrive at each station they have served for so long (e.g. last HST to leave Swindon), as I'm sure there will be many and it'll be nice to see them together in one thread (although I imagine many will end up in the allocations thread, and I suppose theres no real harm in that). I wonder if we can get a picture/video for every station (tbh, I doubt it!). For reference, I believe these should be/have been the dates and times for the last full length GWR HST to depart the stations they have regularly served in the west (feel free to correct/add, I haven't done all of them):

43198. Paddington getting ready for 10.45 to Swansea. 18th May

8th Sept 2018; last IC125 in regular service at Pembroke Dock (14:55 to London Paddington). As can be seen some other enthusiasts (NOT me) have decided to ask for a £1000 penalty by trespassing on the railway (actually I think one or two may have asked the train crew for permission, but wasn't sure if this was the case so didn't follow them onto the track). This would also have been the last IC125 at all other stations on the branch, plus Whitland.

Earlier that day I was the last passenger to leave Pembrokeshire in an IC125 on the 'Pembroke Coast Express' (10:01 from Pembroke Dock), having sat in the TGS. Unfortunately I can't claim to be the last in Pembrokeshire on an IC125 as the set for the 14:55 was in reverse formation and I only had a standard class ticket.
