Late rail replacement bus

Hey all, im experiencing a bit of hell here on a rail replacement bus. I'm travelling from mansfiel woodhouse to Lincoln, via Nottingham, however since I got on over an hour ago, and we have jus called at Sutton parkway, I get the feeling a connection is going to be missed. Possibly the last connection of the day. I'm just wondering if this is the case, who do I need to talk to? The last thing I want is to be stranded in Nottingham overnight :/

I'm not really sure if this is a ticketing issue, but it seems the closest really :/

Speak to a member of staff if there are any around and hopefully they may be able to sort something out for you perhaps a taxi to your final destination or perhaps put you up in a hotel or something.

Have you tried phoning the train operators customer services department? (if they are open).

Thanks, I've managed to look at times an it seems unlikely I'll miss the last train. (EC's booking engine doesn't like iPhones with no 3G ) however I'll probably be able to scor some refund

Well if you had have been stuck in Nottingham, me and the mrs have a nice comfy sofa we would have let you use glad you got it sorted though.
