Leeds - Kings X

My friends and I, (3 of us), would like to travel from Leeds to London Kings X on the 27th July.

We are looking to get in between 08:30 and 10:00, and returning at about 18:00. I've had a look through East Coast's site and have found tickets at £29.90.

East Midlands are offering tickets for £26.

Grand Central are offering more expensive tickets.

What is the cheapest ticket you can find for this journey?

I want to try and stay away from splitting if possible, unless you can split at a large station like Peterborough.

If you can make use of EMT's £10-off offer then you can reduce that £26 a bit more.

Type in via Derby and use EMT to St Pancras, there's some choice but might have to change at DBY. They do take about 4 hours though, EC only take 2 and a bit. For a few quid I would choose speed!
