Leyland to Blackburn

If I was to travel on the direct Leyland -> Blackburn train arriving at 09.10 on 2nd April (£5.05 return) and return Mill Hill -> Lostock Hall at approx. 2.30pm the same day, could I claim back the vale of the Blackburn -> Mill Hill and Lostock Hall -> Leyland sections?

No. The only way you can get anything back on a £5.05 ticket is if the service you intend to use is cancelled or severely delayed.
