London Midland are going to introduce an evening peak ticket restrictions on journeys leaving Birmingham between 1635 and 1800. I assume this will affect CDRs, as the current Super Off-Peak Day Returns are only valid after 1830.

Rail passengers on lines across the West Midlands are to pay more to travel by train from the new year.
In addition to the annual fare increases, rail firm London Midland is to charge more for travelling during the afternoon rush hour.
Ticket prices are cheaper for travel after 0930 GMT. Under the new plans, passengers will pay peak prices if travelling between 1635 and 1800 GMT.
The changes are expected to come into force on 2 January.
The higher ticket prices will apply to all journeys to and from Birmingham New Street, Birmingham Moor Street, Birmingham Snow Hill, the Jewellery Quarter and Five Ways.
