Just wanted to make people aware that LNER have charged my partner £10.00 to change their ticket despite the website claiming that this is waived until the end of the year
Anyone who has changed might check if they were charged
In response to their complaint LNER said

I am very sorry about charging you £10.00 admin fee, this is a administration error on our part. I have since added the £10.00 E-Voucher to your account.
Once again, I am sorry this has happened. If you have anymore enquiries, please do not hesitate to get back in touch with us.
