LNER remove 'small number of services' from timetables

I'm reliably informed that having a 'spare' MK4 each day is making running the timetable more achievable, as it's allowing a MK4 with faults to be 'swapped out' during the day when required, be repaired and returned to service, without affecting the operations of planned services.

As for the IEP test run, I'd suggest that one is likely to be one of the paths being run by GBRF (before acceptance by LNER). Good planning!
