How long are LNR taking to process delay repay claims at the moment? I submitted two claims, outward journey on Wednesday and the return claim on Thursday. First claim was approved within minutes automatically. However the second claim, which I submitted last Thursday, is still outstanding and I received an email saying it needs to be checked by an agent.
