Is there a ticket (or combination thereof) for travel from Fenchurch St to Southend Central and then coming back from Southend Victoria to Liverpool St? This would be on a Sunday afternoon returning on the same day, with NSE card.

Yes, most tickets are issued to Southend Stns, but not from London Terminals!

An easy way round it is to get a Travelcard, then a Boundary Zone 6 to Southend Stns (£7.65 CDR)

But a ticket from an alternative named station may be better, depending on permitted routes, and whether you are doing any other journeys that day.
