As the thread title. Are there any standard road level crossings across a 4-rail London Underground line?

Not as such, but there are two level crossings on the system. One in Neasden Depot, the other in Acton Works. The Neasden one in particular shares many similarities to what one might see on national rail.

Not quite, there's one just inside Neasden Depot, although it's not on a public road though. You can see the wigwag in the thumbnail for this video

While neither road, nor 4th rail, there's a public footpath crossing London Underground tracks on the level about 700m west of Amersham station. It's after the electrification ends, but before the boundary of ownership. Including just for completeness in a thread titled "London Underground level crossings".

Prior to closure, I think North Weald had the only public level crossing on the whole of the London Underground.

I've not noticed any in the London underground, presumably because of live rail risk.

While not London, Merseyrail does run in a similar way, on the Northern line to Southport, there are some level crossings starting a few miles before Southport, for the third rail, a solution was to set it as far back from the road as possible, side of conductor rail protected by wood sheeting and pedestrian grids to prevent them from walking on the tracks, that said some former crossing have been bricked up, Merseyrail would prefer no level crossings.

Hundreds of level crossings in the Southern 3rd-rail region. Same principle used.

Correct in fact class 508 also served on the southern region on third rail before being transferred to Merseyrail.

I think train frequency is probably a bigger problem. Apart from the outer reaches of the Met, road traffic would struggle to get a look in.

Glimpsed perhaps, and only if you already know where to look (that could reasonably be any object, at any position relative to the road). Seen is a strong word for that photo!
Apologies for the confusion in that regard.

Are the level crossings at Bollo Lane in the Acton area on the lines that are shared between the Underground District Line and the Overground?

No - the District turns off just after (north of) Gunnersbury, about a quarter of a mile or so before Bollo Lane.
