I have played it in 4 anyway

Northern Heights is available at www.bveroutes-trains.co.uk
while
Mill Hill East is currently unavailable.

TBH if you have the Northern Heights you already have the Mill Hill East Branch both routes are going to Mill Hill East anyway.
