marine needs new singles more, half of marines singles are 04/55 plates

Non-compliant in what way? As far as I'm aware ALL Lothian etc single decks comply with PSVAR and IIRC an LEZ has yet to be introduced in Edinburgh.

Until the end of 2020 so until then, all vehicles are still compliant. We are still in January so a lot can happen between now and then.

As has been said, the entirety of the single deck fleet (except the ex-Arriva examples) are Euro 5 0r above.

There are very little runs with the Arriva stuff now though. But I believe the entire single deck fleet will be Euro 6 and above. (EEV being above Euro 6) Only the decker fleet and Motorcoaches will have Euro 5 vehicles in it.

Interesting! ECB probably has a disproportionately high number of new vehicles already but no immediately obvious candidates for hand me downs... Watching on with interest!

id almost 100% assume Enviro400MMC bodied vehicles (either XLB or standard MMCs) as an either direct or indirect replacement
