Who said 15 had been refurbished though? I'm totally confused

Now 90% sure that the list I made up thread is accurate for those interested
As far as I can tell the following Volvo 7900 Hybrids have not yet been repainted:
1-3
6-7
10-16
and
18-28

(23 buses)

Meaning that the following 27 have already been repainted:

4-5
8-9
17
and
29-50

as of Monday the 18th of March 2019.

I was confirming 15 indeed hasn't been repainted

One of Lothian's PR team said on Facebook that it'll have tartan seats and blinds fitted (why not just do it on one that still has blinds...). Mentioned that it wasn't in route 3 livery to avoid "causing any confusion" which I can only assume means it'll be out on normal service
I would no doubt like to see it out in normal service. Let's see if that actually happens...

....I think that was the plan as part of the centenary celebrations to have vehicles with historic liveries in normal service, I'd imagine moving between depots/routes...

I was expecting they would run on routes from their depot in normal service (from about now as the winter conditions are away and the livery would be kept in good condition) it appears neither will be in general service

What confusion would it cause?

From Edinburgh Evening News website today...
"Lothian Buses is bringing out three of its most celebrated vintage vehicles - the Daimler CVG6, Volvo Olympian and Lelyand Atlantean - on April 13th"

...So it doesn't seem likely that 701 will be on the 5 either :s ....

Lothian website mentions these three AND many more..

....ahh that does make more sense tbh...3 vintage buses on the 5 seemed a bit sparse... was probably just the wonderful Evening News only printing a part of the quote from LB on the subject of the vintage running day....

905/906 are shown on the Edinburgh Bus Tours social media. They look good except the brading around the destination boards

It also says on 905/906 that the 3 Bridges Tour will now have a live guide instead of the pre-recorded commentary the tour has had in previous years.

Dont get the point of a guide for the bus bit. People only get the bue for the boat section

There was I think 9 central B7s on the 35 today. Have they all went to Longstone? I know some were moving but does anyone know how many?

575 and 576 are at Grangemouth also, could be LC repaints, could be panel work and remaining as Skylink's
I'd say probs Lothian Country for them two.

Different, but Gemini Ones 751-825 (the 56 plate B7TLs) were all at Central about this time last year, now there's about a third at each depot (Central, Marine, Longstone) and in no particular order. It's rather annoying having such a large batch scattered around like that.

Id like to see them tidied up aswell. Would even like to see some go to LC
