Making Tracks have released their first 'stock pack' which includes four Crompton diesel locomotives, some Mk1s and an activity for London & South East.

For further information see http://www.makingtracks-online.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=314&Itemid=1

The 33/1s look mighty fine. The older model of the /1s is somewhat dated. At £5.99 it's a bargain! It is done as a download so you can use the locos as soon as the online payment has been done which should take just a matter of minutes. A CD version will be available from the 15th.

If you don't mind me saying so, thats better value than EB's stock pack.
Not that im a fan of EB, but just to level the playing field:

Europeanbahn £24.99 Stock Pack includes:
  • Class 31
  • Class 37/1
  • Class 37/4
  • Class 47 x2
  • Class 58
  • Class 89
  • KQA Pocket Wagon
  • KTA Container Flat
  • IGA Container Flat
  • KWA MOD Wagon (Loaded / unloaded)
  • BCW Cattle Wagon
  • CWL Wagon
  • TRC Wagon
  • HTS Wagon
  • Mk1 Main Train (4 coaches)
  • Mk1 BR Blue Set
  • Mk1 Intercity Set
  • Mk2c Intercity Set
Making Tracks £5.99 Stock Pack includes:
  • Class 33 x4
  • Mk1 Railtour Set
So I would say you get more trains for ya money with Europeanbahn. I might be wrong, but I also think Making Tracks stock is only available via their site, either by download or CD order. You cant get it in the shops. You can get EB's one in the shops. More conveniant for some.....
