Has any thought ever been given to promoting Trafford Park as a station for matchday use? Yes, it's a bit further away from the ground than the tram stops, but when I used to go to Old Trafford I often parked in the streets around it and walked to the ground from there - I'm sure plenty of people still do.

I think the idea is to use Trafford Park as a P&R and bring people in on the new Metrolink line.
