Apologies if this has been mentioned in a thread already (had a quick scout through the last few pages, no mention that I can see) but there's some quite epic work about to take place on the Marches.
According to http://www.arrivatrainswales.co.uk/EngineeringWorks/ the Marches line between NWP Newport and SHR Shrewsbury will be closed on
Saturday 9 June
Sunday 10 June
Sunday 17 June
Sunday 24 June
Sunday 1 July
In addition, this also means HOWL trains will start and terminate at Broome, the first station after/before Craven Arms at the northern end of the line.
These changes are NOT yet on NRE.
