I've applied for the above & got an online assesment.

Has anyone else?
And also any tips on the verbal reasoning assesment ?

Hello I am lead to believe these tests are basic customer service test which really require common sense. Don't think anyone can help you apply commonsense for example.. Lady and man are going towards an escalator with a pram do you a. direct them in the direction of a lift or b. do nothing.. Stuff like that.. Good luck
