Drug cartels have apparently been building illegal railway tunnels under the border fence in order to smuggle drugs from Mexico to the USA.

Prospects of rides being offered to Branch Line Society members would appear to be bleak!

I saw that, I bet it was used alot, glad the FBI found it, the i newspaper said it was the 16th tunnel found on the American border.
On a technical note, what would it cost to build a similar tunnel to avoid Humber Bridge Tolls?
