There are car traps just the other side of the No entry sign.Presumably they didn't see all the bollards and signs. (Assuming what is on Google maps is still present).

We've been having the same discussion in the office. The drops are quite significant: 8 - 10".That's it! God knows how they managed to get a car past that.
