Ah, I thought you meant a RailUK table that I was missing. 14th place, not a great result but could have been worse! I need to get an All Wales Flexipass ASAP!

Still, I've only spent £21.60 so far on fares, not too bad an amount of mileage for that ching.

I'll throw myself into this this year, once I travel on a train this year! Should be starting the mileage this Saturday, with a trip to the East Lancashire Railway Type 3 event, plus some mainline mileage in getting there! God knows what the next trip will be.

I've sofar done a miserable 29 miles, mainly of 172s and 139002! Another bash after work shall hopefully provide yet more 172 haulage and another trip on 139002

Although my mileage is up compared to this time last year

Only up to 250 miles at present which is just commuting, but that will change tomorrow :D Would be looking to add 1,000 miles by the middle of next if it wasn't for family matters needing attention.

Up to 300 miles, 36 chains after one day out. Not a bad start! Calculated thanks to 185124, 185137, 33109, D7076, 37109, 37901 & trams 1024 & 3002 on the Manchester Metrolink. No idea when my next railway mileage will be!

I have 1268 miles so far, and none of them come from commuting. Need to enjoy it at the higher end of the table while it lasts.

My total currently stands at just over 1200. I'm slightly ahead of what I had at this stage last year.

The EC offer is very good to get the mileage up, just a shame it is only around for a limited time. Doing one at the end of feb which is:

NCL - ABD
ABD - KGX
KGX - NCL

I decided late last night to do an East Midlands 3 in 7 Rover over the next few days - so I'm now up to 202m 23ch. A little more respectable than 24

So annoyed I missed that.

I'm going to have to stick to riding trains around London for now. Might do the WMDR this month as well as some trips to Manchester, Liverpool, Norwich and Sheffield, so should get 1,000 by the end of the month!

Started to plan to do an ALR in the summer time. That should be fun! Already got some cheap hotels booked up in the North :)

If you're owt like me, you'll love it! Not booking hotels myself much, more sleeper travel than owt else but then if I'm to hit 20,000 miles this year I need to!

I'm off the mark! Hooray! :p

...to the tune of 23mi. BTH - BRI and back (with Temple Meads on the first leg).
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Now up to 240:30 after the jaunt to Leamington Spa and back. Over 100 each way? Really?

By the way, does anyone know when the table will be ready?

Got my mileage record for 2012 going on Thursday which now totals 119.2 miles all in all:
  • AFK-SFA
  • SFA-SRA
  • SRA-HHY
  • HHY-DLJ
  • DLJ-NWX
  • NWX-ZCW
  • ZCW-SRA
  • SRA-SFA
  • SFA-AFK
Of course technically it's over that figure with the DLR extension which I've sent a FOI request to TfL about.

I managed a bit more than expected over last weekend and passed the 2,000 mile mark on the way home yesterday :D

Not shaping up to be a big month mileage-wise with only one tour next Saturday to add non-commuting miles, but February will be starting off in earnest with a trip to my "second home" by rail (was contemplating flying at one stage).

I'm up to 748 miles. Should have gone over the 1000 mark today but that'll have to wait until a trip taking advantage of the TPE Student Discount in early February - though they are also in my bad books as their late running caused me to have to drop a few miles from my EM Rover yesterday!

My first mileage of 2012 will come next Friday when I head to London for the Concrete Cow railtour on Saturday. Should put a good few hundred miles on the board. By then it will have been almost a month since I've been on a train

I'm currently on 2385 miles. I have another day left on my FOSW and then nothing planned until Feb. I'm sure that will change, well I hope it does!
