Mills Hill (MIH) - Cholsey (CHO)

In the easter holiday, Im planning a trip to Cholsey from Manchester anytime in the first week. Whats the cheapest way to get there? A straight mills hill to cholsey return would be £34.20 for me as I have an under 16 ID, Is this going to be the lowest price I get?

Ive tried splitting it from Manc Picc to reading, which is £30.70 return, then reading to cholsey is £2.25, all together that is 32.95 return from piccadilly only, from mills hill I just get the same price as at the start.
If I buy in advance would it be considerably cheaper?

Yes, I'd book in advance. The best deals will have gone already but there may be some good ones remaining.
