Milton Keynes - London dedicated fares

London Midland is the lead operator for this flow, which would not normally allow them to set dedicated fares, however I understand that there is an exemption to enable them to do this.

Does anyone know where this exemption is documented please?

I don’t I’m afraid, but as I understand it the situation came about because of a change of fare setting TOC from VT to Silverlink who were allowed to keep the ones they had (but not add new ones, so hence no LM only Anytimes on that flow).
