Milton Keynes / Watford Junction changes

A while ago London Midland were proposing works to these two stations and one other (University I think it might have been), but the time when they were to start has long passed and I've heard nothing more from them about it. Does anyone know what's happening? The works at MKC involved a complete rebuild of the interior of the footbridge, new toilets on platforms 1/2 and a new shelter on platforms 3/4.

National station improvement program is what it was supposed to be.

The pdfs on londonmidland.com have been taken down.
