Hello
I expect at least 90% of people reading this have used the Internet before. The information superhighway has all sorts of, well, information; including stuff about model railways. There are some brilliant model railway YouTube channels around and so I thought it might be worth making a thread to share good channels to watch.
Thanks to the following users for adding to this list:
@malc-c
Jennifer E. Kirk
This channel covers reviews and semi-regular updates on a large OO gauge loft layout. There are also the weekly Monday Club livestreams, which start at 1900 BST.
Barrie Davis Model Railways
This channel is about a sizeable OO gauge layout in a shed. There's no ballast on the track, or much scenery, but that's not the point: it's designed to allow trains to run around and not much more.
Calling All Stations
This channel covers both models and the real railway, but we'll focus on the models here. The person behind the channel, Andy, is currently making an N gauge layout in a suitcase, and has previously made an OO gauge layout based on LU/BR 1980s.
Cottesmore
A channel formerly covering a depot layout, now showcasing the construction of a Regional Railways-style model railway.
Chadwick Model Railway
This channel started out by showcasing a small 'tail-chaser' layout called Chadwick TMD, but now covers the much larger Chadwick Model Railway. Plenty of detail on all subjects!
