An appropriate epitaph for a non-lamented ex-mayor. Now the Aldgate gyratory is confined to history, Aldgate Bus Station can now host some bus routes again, but the intention to allow eastbound buses on route 15 to use it and give passengers an alternative to the 115 along the Commercial Road have been thwarted, because the Borismaster is too long to turn into the Bus Stn safely, and has to use a stop outside instead.

Last night I got on a brand new Borisbus, LT846 on the 21 route, I was surprised that the bus did not have opening windows, so it is the case that these buses come over from Ireland, then more money is spent so that they have to be modified so that we do not roast in the summer, why can't they be built with windows that open?

It isn't in the contract to build 1,000 of them - so it has to be done after delivery. [Yes, crazy].
