More purple 377's running around

Amid the madness of the Southern Railway situation, I've noticed A LOT more of the old FCC Purple liveried 377's making the TL rounds, rather than the southern bodies serving TL duties - as was common for a period, has anyone else noticed this, and if you'll pardon some speculation, could it be the latest attempt to create the illusion of separation between GTR's operations?

The FCC purple liveried Class 377/5's have been working the TL route for several years.

There aren't many 377s that operate Thameslink services that are still Southern coloured (I make it 3 by my count 377213-377215) but some of the ex southern units have been revinyled purple.

You forgot 377.208/9 and 377/210 which are in green (operating on TL)

Also 377.207/11/12 are in FCC purple and have been running around for some time.
